OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
1. We are responsible for tax compliance, regulatory compliance and records management that may be required by law.
2. As the Seller of Record, we are responsible to undertake individual consumer transactions and the brand needs not to manage these as the brand may not have the infrastructure to undertake all the tasks required for individual transactions.
3. We interact with the end consumer and are responsible for the purchase contract between supplier and its consumer.
